Privacy policy

Last updated September 29, 2026.

What we collect

Account email. When you sign in with a one-time code or Google, we store your email address along with when your account was created and when you last signed in. Google sign-in shares your email and basic profile with us through Amazon Cognito; we do not receive your Google password.

Fantasy session data you choose to sync. Your scoring format, watchlist, saved Start/Sit and trade decisions, and any public ESPN league you import (league ID, season, and the public roster information ESPN returns). We never ask for ESPN passwords or private-league cookies.

Email preferences. If you turn on the Tuesday team report, we store that choice and the ESPN league and team IDs needed to build it.

Legacy purchases. We no longer sell access. For prior purchases, Stripe processed payments and we retain the related email, plan, payment, customer, and subscription identifiers for support and accounting. Card numbers never reached our servers.

Analytics, only with your permission. If you choose "Allow analytics," Google Analytics sets cookies and receives device, browser, and page-usage information under Google's own privacy terms. If you decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect Google sign-in (touchdown_fantasy_draft_kit and short-lived tdf_cognito_* cookies). Your browser's local storage keeps your watchlist, imported team, saved decisions and your cookie choice on your device. Analytics cookies are optional and can be changed any time through "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

How we use it

To sign you in, sync your saved fantasy tools, send the emails you request, answer support questions, prevent abuse, and, with your consent, understand aggregate site usage. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for cross-site advertising.

Who processes it

Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, email delivery, and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in when you choose it, and analytics when you allow it), and ESPN (only to fetch the public league you ask us to import).

How long we keep it

Sign-in and restore codes expire within minutes. Account and synced data stay until you delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide your access and meet tax and accounting obligations. All current fantasy tools are available without payment.

Your choices and rights

You can turn off report emails, change cookie settings, and delete your account data from the account page. Deleting removes your profile, synced fantasy session, and email preferences; purchase records are retained as described above. You may also ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information by emailing no-reply@touchdownfantasy.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Touchdown Fantasy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes
